Summer is here and it’s time to find the perfect outdoor space to relax and have a drink. Next time you are in the Lower East Side, be sure to stop at the Cooper Square Hotel located on Bowery and 5th. This all white exterior, newly designed hotel appears to be out of sci-fi flick, but with modern zen décor. Take the stairs up to the spa-esque outdoor patio with daybeds or hang street-level in the all glass lounge – drinks are fabulous at both places. Try the caprihinias, as this is one of a few spots in NY that truly does them right – just like in Brazil! The outdoor space closes at sundown – so plan accordingly or just shift your party downstairs.
