The Anchor: Don’t miss “recession Thursdays” at this low-key west SoHo celebrity hot spot! For $20 you can enjoy their two-hour full open bar from 7pm to 9pm. Nautical themed, this intimate lounge and bar – with a spacious dance floor – is decorated with wooden walls and red velvet couches, while horn-shaped chandeliers hang from the ceiling. Bring a group of friends and dance the night away to the tunes of DJ Justin the Incredible while sipping one of the club’s signature cocktails like “The Anchor” – a mix of Partida and Agave nectar over ice – or the refreshing Raspberry Mojito. Ava Lounge: On top of Vikram Chatwal’s Dream Hotel, this rooftop bar boasts beautiful views of New York. Join Ava for Sunset Saturdays where you can feast on $2 grill bites (includes hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers) and wash it down with $8 bellinis and $4 beers. Don’t forget to try the less than 100 calories TY KU 100 Mojito.
