If you can’t head to the gym, you may want to invest in a good aerobic video at home. Sony just released Fitness Guru, the first Bollywood Dance workout which incorporates aerobics exercise, belly dancing, kickboxing and Bollywood dancing for a complete workout. The video features 5 different routines along with a warm-up and cool-down designed for people of all ages, sizes and fitness abilities. The workout is taught by Pooja Laungani and Linda Arsenio. The video was released nationwide in India last week and was recently launched in the US on Amazon.com.

Pooja Laungani
Pooja is a Reebok Certified Instructor who has been in the fitness industry for the past 15 years and is the leader in Bollywood Dance Aerobics classes in the heart of Bollywood (Mumbai, India). Pooja has been professionally trained in Aerobics, Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Hip-Hop Dance, Zumba, Step Aerobics, Weight Training, Belly Dancing & Pilates. She has created Bollywood Dance Aerobics by combining Bollywood dancing & aerobic steps.
Linda Arsenio
Linda Arsenio is a feature film actress, born and raised in Dallas, Texas now living in Mumbai, India. Linda began her career in Tollywood (the South Indian Film Industry) with lead dance numbers in Tamil and Telugu movies. Shortly thereafter she was the leading actress in the Bollywood film Kabul Express. Her upcoming films include playing the role of Sonia Gandhi in The Mystique of Indira Gandhi, co-directed by Hollywood Director David Whinning.
